Hidden Jewel #32: Yosemite Ice Rink

Looking for something to do this winter? Head up to Yosemite and try ice skating in the grandeur of Yosemite Valley. A long time favorite with Yosemite’s winter visitors, the Curry Village ice rink, is the perfect place to spend a chilly winters day skating or sipping hot chocolate while enjoying the breath-taking view of Yosemite.

Located at the western end of Curry Village, the ice rink offers daily skating sessions (subject to weather conditions) 3:30 to 6 p.m. and 7 to 9:30 p.m. weekdays. On weekends, the rink is open for an additional morning session from 8:30 to 11 and afternoon session from noon to 2:30.
