Hmmm…so far on this months poll, “Do you think Hetch Hetchy should be restored?”, it’s tied. 3 people have voted “yes” and 3 have voted “no”.

After finally visiting Hetch Hetchy a couple of weeks ago I really do believe that they should restore the valley. If you find old pictures and see what it once was it is painful to see it now.

Would LOVE to see Hetch Hetchy restored. Scott’s right on, those old picture can bring a tear to the eye. Sad what’s happened to the valley there. Ideally, they’d restore it but not turn it into another Yosemite Valley with all the roads, villages and campgrounds. Let it be a hiker/packer only valley.
Oh, and HH holds and extra special place in my heart — Rancheria Falls is where I asked my wife to marry me!
