Tioga Pass Cam Goes Active

Have you seen the Tioga Pass cam? The cam was put in place by UCSD as part of the California Applications Program, a study to help better forecast weather and improve the accuracy of weather forecasts. The camera captures 4 times a day. Pretty cool.

Tioga cam is a cool image, but it has not been updated since last Christmas. I used to live in Mono county and know the area…was hoping for daily updates. Thanks for the cam. That one shot is a breath of fresh 9900-foot air.
