Thanks for all the beautiful photos and interesting stories. I am planning to head for Yosemite in early April and am wondering whether sturdy boots will be good enough, or should I pack snowshoes (or invest in crampons)? It sounds like there will still be snow around, and it would be great to see as much of the park as possible :) One thing is for sure, I'll be following your blog very closely until it's time to fly to CA!
