Road Plowing Begins

Crews are have begun plowing the Tioga Road and the Glacier Point Road and it looks like they’re making pretty good headway so far.

Tioga road progress May 1, 2006 - Crews made it to Gin Flat. Snow depth is approximately 5 feet and the snow is very wet and heavy.

Glacier Point road was also started but no data is available at this time.
