It would be wonderful if Tioga would be open. Records say that the Sonora pass has always been open befor the end of May. I cannot find a web site that shows progress on the clearance of this road. Last year the near the end of June there was still two feet up near the Cathedral Lakes area. I think the falls will be great in the beginning of the June. Based on your experience, what do you anticipate the waterfall flows to be in the valley around that time period? I've heard of some of the falls drying up during the summer. However, I'm reading here where there is 6ft. of snow on the road to Glacier Point. Is that normal or was there an above average amount of snow or a late spring snow?
