		<description>Hey, I like to idea for a new road into the park but lets be real.  With all of the environmental impact statements that need to be done and for all of the lawsuits (CA the sue capital of the world) from people and Environmental Groups who do not want the new road near them lets think about the long-term cost of fixing the road vs. building a new road.</description>
