Edie is a great friend and fellow Yosemite lover who has developed a good sense of what makes a beautiful picture and this one is no exception. After two years of talking online with Edie and sharing stories and photos I finally got to meet her the other day, albeit briefly, and I must say, if you get the chance to hang out with her and take photos, do so. She’s very entertaining and knows a lot about the park.
If you’d like to see your photo on Yosemite Blog you can email it to me or simply post it to your Flickr account with the tag YosemiteBlogCom and it’ll show up in the sidebar. Though I may not post your photo right away I never throw them away and will use it at a later time.

You’re too kind, Loyd. I truly enjoyed meeting you and your family. Personally I recommend taking the photowalk tours with Christine Loberg every Tuesday and Thursday at 9 AM. She’s helped me immensely with my photographic efforts. It’s free, and she obviously loves what she does.
