Evidently this cam has the ability to focus or zoom meaning it has multiple lenses. At the proper angle the moons light is reflecting of one lens then another giving it the weird look. Unfortunately I just checked the prize drawer and it appears to be empty so "you sir get nothing." (what movie was that from. Gene Wilder in something). Thanks for playing though. You can see the real moon just after sunrise in video 2. The strong point light is reflected off the front of the camera lens. Did I win?
