Merci, Loyd! That day (yesterday) was an adventure; I was up at 4AM and on the road by 4:35 in order to arrive at Mono Lake by sunrise. It was made all the more adventurous by a very thick fog on 120 before Crane Flat--at times I had to slow to a crawl in order to follow the little markers on the roadway. The double yellow line had been obliterated by recent roadwork.

From there I opted to go up Lundy Canyon (after a filling and delicious breakfast of Spanish omlette, hashbrowns and sourdough toast at Nicely's in Lee Vining).

I'm glad you like the image, and thanks for the plug!
