Via those fine folks at BoingBoing.net, here is a video that will make your eyes pop.
Wingsuit flying can either be done as BASE jumping or like parachuting from an aircraft. I doubt that it’s legal to jump from any of the walls of Yosemite Valley wearing one of these suits because it would basically be BASE jumping, which is illegal in the park. But imagine seeing one of these guys soaring along the length of the valley, and buzzing the climbers on El Cap!

Actually, these guys fly El Cap from time to time. It’s illegal, so they run the risk of having everything confiscated and getting a hefty fine. It doesn’t stop them entirely though.
Once I was at the base of the NW Face of Half Dome getting ready to climb it the next day when, at sunset, a BASE jumper came screaming by, though that was before the modern wingsuits.
