Here’s the current chain conditions if you’re headed into Yosemite. Remember these conditions could change without notice and you may be required to chain up at any time.
Highway 120 from San Francisco/Manteca -
No chains required at this time.
Highway 140 from Mariposa/Merced -
No chains required at this time.
Hiwhway 41 from Fresno/Oakhurst -
Chains are required on all vehicles except 4-wheel-drive vehicles with snow tires on all 4 tires from 1 mile south of Fish Camp (Madera County) to 0.5 miles south of Yosemite National Park (Mariposa County).
