Tioga Cam or Bust!
Thanks to Andreas who sent me an email letting me know the Tioga Pass webcam is down again. Andreas’ email is so eloquent I had to post it in it’s entirety. Have a read:
What a crushing defeat! After spending countless hours searching (and finding) the cam’s new URL, it would appear that I (and all Yosemite blog-heads) have been foiled again. Suffering Succotash!

At first the March 12, 2008 “…plows are coming” blog entry left me indifferent: It’s not like I’d be around there to enjoy the opening of the pass, but now it’s a race to restore the cam. Undoubtedly, plow crews will feel a new sense of purpose and urgency this year. If not, I can only hope that the Yosemite Blog will put forth its massive resources and insider connections to make “Tioga Cam or Bust!” the rallying cry for this year’s plow crews.
I feel better now (and it’s time to get a life),
