Photo of the Day: Steves Rock by Susanne Friedrich or A White Box
Today’s Photo of the Day I really really wanted to post but the author has their permissions set so that I can’t. Nevertheless, I’m not going to let that deter me. Instead I’ll put up a white box. I’ll describe it since you can’t see it, it’s a rock…and it’s at Olmstead Point…it’s colored and everything else is not… Ok, if you want to see the photo click the box. It really is an interesting shot by Susanne Friedrich. The caption along with this photo on Flickr reads:
“Meeting Steve Harper in person after hearing about him for so many years was a real inspiration. I have photographed Steve’s Rock before, but I needed to do it again. This version was shot in color on Fuji NPL, cooked in the trunk of my car at 100F for a couple of days, desaturated and recolored in Photoshop.”
