El Portal Market Destroyed by Fire

Breaking News from the Mariposa Gazette:

A blaze in El Portal Sunday night reduced the El Portal Market to ashes, just weeks before it was scheduled to reopen with a new operator. Deputy Superintendent Kevin Cann said early Monday morning, “this is devastating to the community.” Look for the complete story in this week’s Mariposa Gazette.
