What is the exposure on that shot? It’s pretty short because of the full moon right?

The Exif data as revealed by Flickr says it was a 30 second exposure.
You can click the “More properties” link in the left column of Flickr images to see more info about the shot like exposure, aperture, camera type, etc. Some people block this on Flickr though.
