If you’re in the park March 10 - 12th here’s something to check out, the 19th annual Mariposa Storytelling Festival
Here’s something fun to do if you’re in the area on March 10-12th. Mariposa (just down highway 140 from the Arch Rock entrance) will be holding it’s 19th annual Mariposa Storytelling Festival. It’s 3 days of fun, excitement, and lots of stories.
Don’t worry if you can’t make the drive out to Mariposa though. From 3:00 - 4:45pm the storytellers will be in the park at the Yosemite Lodge Cliff Room presenting their last story of the festival.
Admission varies for each one of the events or you can purchase a festival package for $67 to get in all the events (not including the Yosemite event).
You can find out more information as well as a schedule and presenters by visiting the Mariposa Storytelling Festival website (http://arts-mariposa.org/storytelling.html).
Thanks, Grandpa Frank.
