Another Big Storm Blowing in for Monday and Tuesday

Though the weather looks like it’s going to be nice this weekend there’s a massive winter storm coming in tonight and tomorrow.

FROM YOSEMITE TO THE KERN COUNTY LINE FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO
4 AM PST WEDNESDAY.

TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4 FEET WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE
HIGHER ELEVATIONS AT AND ABOVE 7000 FEET THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT.
IN ADDITION…STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS WILL CAUSE CONSIDERABLE
DRIFTING AND BLOWING OF SNOW.

A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW…
SLEET…AND ICE ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. STRONG WINDS ARE ALSO
POSSIBLE. THIS WILL MAKE TRAVEL VERY HAZARDOUS OR IMPOSSIBLE.
