Tioga Road Update: Road Cleared To East Entrance

Although there is no projected opening date (still a few avalanche zones under careful scrutiny) the Tioga Road crew was finishing up plowing in Dana Meadows clearing the road all the way to the Tioga entrance station.

Great job guys! Thanks for all your hard work.

I’ll keep you posted as I hear more about when the gate will open.

Thank you for the update! I know there is no official date yet, but can you estimate the chances of the Tuolumne Meadows store/PO being open by July 1st? I appreciate any insight or speculation you can provide.
