Today’s Photo of the Day isn’t of Yosemite but my new baby girl who was born this afternoon at 12:36. Katherine (Katie) was 5lbs 13oz and 19″ at birth. Both mommy and baby are doing great. She’s has big hands and feet and is already hungry.

When we are born, we come in crying, and everyone around us is smiling and laughing. If you live a good life, when you die, you will be smiling, and everyone around you will be crying.

Thank you everyone! Both mommy and baby are doing great. We’re already planning her first trip to Yosemite.
